Pada 14 JamadilAkhir 1432, bersamaan 18 Mei 2011, ibu tiriku meninggalkan kami untuk selama-lamanya, selepas menderita kanser paru-paru, yang hanya diketahui 7 bulan lalu, apabila sudah berada pada tahap 4. Ya Allah ya Tuhanku, engkau yang Maha pengampun, lagi maha Mengasihani, Kau ampunlah dosa-dosa ibu tiriku, Kau cucurilah rahmat ke atas rohnya, dan Kau jadikanlah roh ibu tiri ku sebahagian dari roh-roh yang Kau kasihi. Mummy, walaupun mummy hanya ibu tiri, namun kami tetap menyayangimu dan akan merasa kehilanganmu. Damailah mummy di alam Barzagh, kami di sini hanya mampu menadah tangan dan berdoa untukmu. Kini, tinggal kami, 16 orang adik beradik, tanpa kehadiran orang tua di sisi.

yesterday morning I was given the task of handling the 1st slot of activity for the programme above. I took up the challenge, and gave the participants the experience of receiving positive and negative comments about themselves. It was during negative comments reading time that was the most dramatic, because the comments given(commentor unknown) were quite harsh. I was shock myself to the extend that I didn't read the rest of the comments. But on the positive note, a few participants, who were the butt of the harsh comments, toned down, and behaved better than before this. In my opinion, my objectives was fulfilled!!
